DISCIPLINARY ACTION:
Below is a list of possible disciplinary actions that a Member and Visitors/Guests may face if they fail to follow any of the Rules & Regulations listed on this document. Staff and up may issue disciplinary action on any SADOJRP Asset and decide on the appropriate action needed. However, only the Head Administration may approve an action that leads to removal from SADOJRP and it's assets. These disciplinary actions are not listed in any specific order of how they will be issued. With the exception of Verbal Warning/Guidance, all Disciplinary Actions must be handled in the Head Administration, Internal Affairs, Administration, or Staff Offices SADOJRP TeamSpeak Offices. Any Member that is pulled into any of these offices or their Waiting Rooms shall remain there until spoken to by a Staff Member or above. Any Disciplinary Actions should be kept between the SADOJRP Member and Staff/Administration that were in the office at the time of disciplinary action. All Disciplinary Actions will be logged by the Staff/Administration Member by using the SADOJRP - Disciplinary Action Form.  
Verbal Warning/Guidance Written Warning Removal from game and/or TeamSpeak Server Removal from SADOJRP asset(s) for a designated period of time Removal from Reserve Department and/or Specialty Department Recertification for department, redevelopment certification Demotion Complete removal from SADOJRP and all assets.

















APPEALING:
Any Disciplinary Action can be appealed by any Member or Guest/Visitors by filling out the SADOJRP - Appeal Disciplinary Action Form. This form should be submitted within seven (7) days from when the Disciplinary Action was issued.

The Administration/Head Administration has the right to remove a member from the SADOJRP if they do not hold up to the community standards.
Lying or false information provided on your application or in your interview may result in a permanent denial/removal from the community.
By joining this community you agree to be recorded in any interviews, meetings, patrols, or other events taking place on the SADOJRP TeamSpeaks/Game Servers as deemed necessary.
If you are a member of another GTA V community you must declare that information on your application.
By submitting an application you understand that your application becomes the property of SADOJRP and is filed away under the Administration and Recruitment Division.
Policy 2300: Staff/Admin Responsibilities
(1) All Staff in Training+ are required to abide by any policies or documents given to them, specifically “Introduction to Staff”
Policy 2400: FailRP:
(1) FailRP is not permitted at any time.
What FailRP is:
FailRP (Failure to Roleplay) is failing or refusing to roleplay a scene. This includes unrealistic behavior, speaking out of character, not meeting reasonable demands, not playing fear, etc. Do not do something that you would not do in real life.
Punishment of Policy ViolationsPolicy 100: Respect*
(1) Any and all members (Member, SADOJRP Friend, Staff, Administration, etc.) are required to show a level of respect towards other members of the community, at all times.
(2) Slandering or “Talking down” about ANY member is prohibited. (e.g Cursing towards another member, starting rumors about another member, making fun of one's sexual orientation, racial slurs, etc.)
(3) Arguing verbally and/or via text chat is prohibited. If an argument is started a member of staff is to be notified immediately. DO NOT TRY TO MITIGATE THE SITUATION YOURSELF; DO NOT GET INVOLVED.
(4) Respect towards Staff Member(s) actions/decisions regarding any given situation, is required at all times. If you feel you were treated unfairly DO NOT argue with the Staff Member, submit an internal affairs report. (5) Excessive cursing is not permitted.
Policy 200: Abuse of Channel/Offices
(1) Channel/Offices are not to be used to conduct private conversations between oneself or any group of individuals unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or higher.
(2) Channel/Officers are only to be used to conduct work in a proactive manner.
(3) Channel/Offices are not to be used to seclude others.
(4) Walking away / leaving without using AFK channels is prohibited. Anyone planning to be away from their device is required to join Quick AFK or AFK based upon the amount of time they plan to spend away from the server. GOING AFK IN LOUNGES, GENERAL LOBBY, RELAXED LOBBY, ETC. IS PROHIBITED!
(5) No more than 20 minutes idle time is allowed to pass while in the Quick AFK Channel, doing so will result in a kick from the server.
(6) Separating yourself / occupying a public TeamSpeak Channel (including but not limited to: Lounges, General Lobby, Relaxed Lobby) by yourself is prohibited.
(7) No person shall join/interrupt a 10-1 channel while 2 or more members are present without permission. Staff+ may join a 10-1 channel without authorization for official staff duties only.
Policy 300: Songs/Music or other undesirable sounds
(1) All Music/Media is prohibited in all public lobbies (e.g General Lobby, Relaxed Lobby, Lounges, etc.) With the exception of “Night Club.”
(2) Undesirable sounds[1] are prohibited in any group lobby (e.g General Lobby, Relaxed Lobby, Lounges, etc.)
(3) Burping, farting, or any sounds of bodily functions are not to be heard through one's microphone.
(4) Yelling, screaming, or otherwise escalating past the normal sound level of one's voice is prohibited.
(5) Excessive background noise through someone’s microphone is prohibited in all lobbies.
(6) Excessive whispering to any user is prohibited. With exceptions in patrol channels.
Policy 400: Abuse of Power
(1) Any tag that gives one special abilities not normally obtained; is not to be abused in any way shape or form (e.g Moving someone without permission, etc.)
(2) Changing the name of a channel is prohibited unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(3) Changing the description of the channel is prohibited unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(4) Editing your display name is prohibited, unless otherwise authorized by a member of Administration or above. Name format should be “First Name and First Initial of Last Name.” Failure to abide by this policy will result in inability to patrol until fixed. You may have a “|” in between your name and callsign. It is optional.
(5) Only Senior Administration and higher may exempt someone from the “First Name and First Initial of Last Name” format.
(6) If you are not Staff, DO NOT try to enforce rules. If a rule is broken, contact a member of staff. Staff may NOT discipline another Staff member of the same rank or higher. (However, Senior Staff can Discipline Staff.), contact a member of the administration.
(7) Using your rank/powers in such ways that would allow you to do unjustified things will not be tolerated.
Policy 500: Distribution/Selling of Materials*
(1) Distribution of ANY[2] SADOJRP Community Documents or Files (even to other members of the community) is prohibited, unless authorized by a member of Administration or above.
(2) Distribution and/or selling of pornographic material, or any material containing nudity (including partial) and/or sexual reference is prohibited.
(3) Distribution and/or selling any form of illegally obtained software and/or material is prohibited (e.g Pirated games, etc.)
(4) Distribution of  images that contain any type of slandering material is prohibited. (e.g Embarrassing pictures of a Member, etc.)
(5) Selling of any items and/or materials (including software) over the SADOJRP Community TeamSpeak 3 Server is prohibited.
(6) If a member makes a document, or asset, for SADOJRP, even if the document has been approved or not, that document becomes legal property of SADOJRP - If the maker of the document attempts to redact the document, they will be on grounds for permanent termination.
(7) No member within SADOJRP shall bribe and/or accept a bribe for personal benefit/gain.
Policy 600: Avatars
(1) Avatars may not contain slandering and/or offensive images. (e.g Imposing religion, Imposing Sexual Orientation, etc.)*
(2) Avatars may not contain pornographic material, and/or any material containing nudity (including partial) and/or sexual reference.*
(3) Avatars may not contain personal images of other people without proper consent from that user.*
(4) Avatars may contain your own personal portrait, but no other body parts.
(5) Your discord status may not slander the community in any way, or contain offensive text towards other members of the community or groups of people.
Policy 700: Promotional Process
(1) No member at any time may ask a Staff member or higher about receiving a promotion. Doing so will effectively place your promotional status on hold until determined by the administration.
(2) The promotional process includes, but is not limited to:
Willingness to learn
Activity within the community
Activity within patrol
Be in good standing within your department
Not have received any 10-90’s or 10-93’s within 60 days
Other factors that are determined by Staff Members or above
(3) Promotions to a position of ‘Staff’ will be handled by department heads.
(4) Promotions to a position of “ Junior Administration” or “Administration” will require the head of the department to submit a letter of recommendation to the Head Administration chain of command. The Head Administration will then decide whether or not the member is eligible for promotion. The Head Administration has the final say in this promotion process. Demotion of an Admin is to work in the same format as it is for gaining approval from Head Administration.
Policy 800: Supervisors
(1) Sergeants, Staff Sergeants, Master Sergeants are Supervisors
First due supervisor
Issue Verbal Warnings, 10-90’s, and 10-93’s for both department and community violations.
Discipline members of other departments for community violations
(2) Staff in Training may do the following
Second due supervisor
Issue Verbal Warnings, and 10-90’s for 900(5) violations only
(3) Fire Lieutenant and Captain are Supervisors only for the Fire Department
Ranks that are higher than the mentioned above are considered Supervisor(s) and will have Staff/Senior Staff/Jr. Admin/Admin Tag.
(4)Impersonating a Supervisor will result in any of the following punishment based upon the severity of the situation and/or persistence of problem with member(s):
Seven (7) day suspension
Policy 900: SADOJRP Patrols
(1) Push to talk is required in patrol lobby’s at all times.
(2) All members of the SADOJRP are required to have a headset while on patrol lobbies.
(3) All RTO Channels must be respected.
(4) Members MUST be in the respective Patrol Channels while in the SADOJRP Servers.
(5) Members MUST adhere to vehicle, uniform, and weapon structures, as well as all Department/Subdivision Training.
(6) Members MUST have an audible microphone while in patrol lobbies.
(7) Members MUST be dedicated to patrols. Watching/playing other media[3] is prohibited while patrolling.
(Cool No other trainers or scripts should be used in game, other than SADOJRP approved trainers/scripts unless approved by Head Administration. Current Approved Trainers/Scripts:
Simple Trainer (F3/F4/F5)
Advanced Roleplay Menu (F7)
Manual Transmission Menu  (F10)
(9) The patrol server should be treated as an active patrol unless otherwise noted by Administration.
(10) When Staff+ gives the order to spread out. The order must be followed within 3-5 minutes.
Policy 1000: Respect Administration Team & Their Decisions
(1) Do not ask for promotions
(2) Do not question decisions made by the Administration Team.
(3) Do not lie to the Administration Team and or Internal Affairs.*
(4) Do not disrespect the Administration Team in any way.*
(5) Head Administration is the highest level of staff, as such, their decisions are final.
(6) Cooperation towards Chain of Command requests and or in an Internal Affairs Investigation is required.
Policy 1100: Chain of Command (CoC)
(1) Do not skip ranks.
(2) Do not skip ranks even though the next high rank member may solve your problem.
Policy 1200: Other Communities & Servers*
(1) Members are allowed to be involved with any Grand Theft Auto V Role-play Community/Clan. However, there are certain stipulations in place.
All members are allowed to connect to their own private server as long as they are the only ones connecting.
Blacklisted communities are excluded from the Dual Clanning Policy.
All members (Including Staff+) are allowed to play on Public FiveM Servers without filling out the double clanning form as long as they are on a completely unwhitelisted server and don’t require any form of registration to play.
(2) Current Members who wish to join other communities will be required to submit a short notice to their CoC declaring their intentions.
(3) Applicants seeking to join SADOJRP that are currently members of another community will be required to declare their membership in their application. If they are a ‘staff’ member or higher in this second community, they will also be required to declare that in their application.
(4) Current and Future members that hold the rank of “Staff In-Training” or higher will be restricted from joining other communities at any time. If the current Staff In-Training members, staff members, or administrations wish to join a second community, they will be required to rescind their ranks in SADOJRP, and return to a ‘member’ status effective immediately.
(5) Recruitment of any SADOJRP Member/Recruit for other FiveM communities is prohibited.
Policy 1300: SADOJRP Media Assets
(1) Recording/streaming of any SADOJRP content or asset to any website or online avenue is strictly prohibited unless they are a member of the SADOJRP Media Team - Active 4/8/2021
SADOJRP Patrol Server may be recorded by any member for evidence purposes. The recording must remain private unless you meet the proper requirements.
(2) English must be spoken in all public lobbies.
(3) SADOJRP is not responsible for any communication held on any 3rd party application even if it is titled SADOJRP . Example: KIK, Snapchat, Tinder, Grindr, WazZup, etc.
(4) Use of any SADOJRP Asset[4] for personal gain or benefit of non authorized individuals and/or organizations is strictly prohibited.
(5) Coming on SADOJRP’s TeamSpeak or Discord Server while under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is strictly prohibited.
(6) Inappropriate, offensive, harmful Teamspeak disconnect/away messages are strictly prohibited.
(7) Having a disabled microphone is prohibited on TeamSpeak.[5]
(Cool All SADOJRP Official Discords must be owned by a member of Administration or higher.

Policy 1400: Privacy & Security
(1) Sharing of any personal information including but not limited to: Sex, Sexual Orientation, lifestyle, Race, Financial status etc, is forbidden any information that you decide to shared will be at your own risk and SADOJRP can not and will not be responsible.
(2) It is recommended for all members under the age of 18 years old to have their parents/guardian permission prior to joining any RP (Role Play) Community.
(3) SADOJRP business must be communicated on TS (TeamSpeak).
(4) Recording in ANY TeamSpeak Channel must be approved by the Administration.[6]
(5) By joining SADOJRP you agree that at any time you may be recorded via voice, or ingame. By being in the community, Staff members are allowed to record at all times whilst conducting an investigation.
(6) Joining or connecting to a SADOJRP asset with the display name, or nickname of another community member, or any name that is not yours is strictly prohibited.
(7) Blackmailing of any sort is prohibited.
(Cool All members are limited to one account within SADOJRP Assets.
This excludes development, teamspeak management, and website management for testing purposes only.
Policy 1500: Miscellaneous
(1) Rank is considered a privilege; abuse of rank will result in demotion.
(2) Forming a group or “clique[7]” within the community is prohibited.
(3) In order to join a sub-division within your primary department, you must first achieve the rank of Officer/Deputy/State Trooper/Firefighter or higher.
(4) Nobody should make a purchase for SADOJRP without prior consent of Head Administration and the Community Coordinator.
(5) Promotion and or demean of any political party or agenda is prohibited.
(6) All projects made for SADOJRP must have ownership transferred to the Community/Head Administration.
(7) Assisting and or covering the return of a banned member, or violation regarding Blacklisted Communities is Prohibited.
Policy 1600: Inactivity
(1) If a member is to become inactive from SADOJRP for more than 7 days, a “Leave of Absence” (LOA) form must be filled out through their primary department’s LOA form.
If a member fails to meet activity requirements for 30 days the member will be demoted one rank. If the member proceeds to be inactive for 60 days without an LOA or Chain of Command notice the member is subject to removal.
Administration must provide a 48 hours notice before removal from the community.
(2) LOA’s are allowed for up to 30 days. If a member requires an LOA longer than 30 days, they must get Administration approval.
The maximum amount of time the Administration can grant LOA extensions for is 3 months. After the 3 months have elapsed and the member has not returned, they will be removed and asked to re-apply.
(3) If a member is inactive for 30 days or longer without posting an LOA they will be removed from the SADOJRP and asked to re-apply.
(4) Administration reserves the right to:
Remove anyone from the SADOJRP for inactivity based on their professional judgement.
Grant extensions longer than 3 months on a case-by-case basis (emergencies or severe circumstances only).
(5) Members on LOA are prohibited from Patrol / R&T Duties, however may utilize discord and the website/teamspeak for socializing.
Policy 1700: Discharge from Community
(1) Resignation
Resignations need to be handled by the department’s Chain of Command to ensure proper removal.
If a member resigns on good terms and in good standing, they are free to reapply after a 15 day waiting period. The Head Administration will review all former member applications.
(2) Termination
If a member is banned from the community due to disciplinary actions or dual clanning, the ban may be temporary or permanent.
(3) At-will Membership
“At-will” membership means that the Head Administration can terminate any member at any time for any reason.
Once a member reaches any “Staff” position, their membership allows for termination by cause
Cause generally includes but is not limited to: poor performance, inactivity, or misconduct by members.
It is not intended to cover all types of “cause” and SADOJRP leadership reserves the right to adapt to new situations, and as such find a new cause.
In addition, SADOJRP reserves the right to deny access or membership to any person who has been reported by FiveM communities to be troublesome in any way shape or form.
(4) Appeal Process
Any person who is removed from the community per a policy violation has the privilege of appealing their ban.
If a member is banned per an Internal Affairs investigation, their appeal time is increased.

Policy 1800: Community Reserves, Transfers, and Subdivisions
(1) Community Reserves
Members who have reached at least their second promotion will be allowed to hold two reserves.
[EXP: Probationary Officer to Officer II]
The Communications department will not count towards a reserve slot.
(2) Department Transfers
Any member who wishes to transfer from a department must wait till their first 15 days in that department has passed. No exceptions.
If a recruit of that department wishes to transfer departments they are allowed a one-time transfer to the department of their choice.
There will be a promotion hold for one cycle for department transfers. The only exception is recruits.
(3) Subdivisions
Members are allowed to join subdivisions in their said department once they reach their first promotion. [EXP: Probationary Officer to Officer I]
The amount of subdivisions members may join is to the discretion of said department’s Command Staff.
Policy 1900: Community In-Game Rules*
(1) Speed / Torque Multipliers
No member of the community should be applying any modifications to any vehicle in the server (engine, brakes, torque boosting, turbo-boosting, etc.) unless otherwise stated in an approved and official Standard Operation Procedure of SADOJRP.
When in operation of LEO vehicles, a maximum of 2x torque is allowed through the ‘Torque Boost’ menu inside the in-game trainer. This is the only modification that is allowed for LEO vehicles at all times.
Member(s) vehicles should not exceed 150 MPH on any road, straightaway or curved.
(2) Law Enforcement Baiting
No civilian shall force themselves to be pulled over by an LEO officer, for example, a Civilian shall not conduct infractions in order to draw attention to themselves and force interaction with LEO.
(3) Civilian Stalking
Civilian stalking is defined as staying in an area where you have noticed a civilian, hoping to catch them in a crime or actively waiting for them to commit a crime.
(4) Realism Standards
SADOJRP attempts to conduct itself as realistic as possible. Realism Standards should be followed and upheld at all times.
(5) AFK Rule
No member shall “AFK” for more than 10 minutes in RTO or server.
(6) Following Proper Road Laws
All civilians, LEO, and Fire should be following all motor vehicle laws.
LEO/SAFR vehicles shall maintain safe travel while operating Emergency Lights.
Policy 2000: Metagaming/Powergaming/Respect
(1) Definition of Metagaming
When a player’s use of real-life knowledge concerning the state of the game to determine their character’s actions when said character has no relevant knowledge or awareness under the circumstances.
No member shall use information their RP character would rather not have known to advance said characters persona and/or active scenario.
No member shall use gaming mechanics that do not exist.
(2) Definition of Powergaming
Consisting of achieving end game results (getting the highest and most favorable output possible), while ignoring everything else that constitutes the games as a whole.
No member shall be found power gaming.
(3) Definition of Respect
All members should respect every other member. Including Staff/Administration.
Respect other members' scenarios. Do NOT leech off another civilian’s scenario. Ask to be a part of something.
Some situations/scenarios take more than thirty minutes of planning. Be aware of what is happening around you.
Policy 2100: Retirement
(1) You must meet the requirements to retire.
(2) All retired personnel are held accountable to SADOJRP Rules and Regulations, and punishable by any Junior Administrator or above.
Policy 2200: Community Requirements
(1) MUST own a full, legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V for PC. (Excluding Communications)
Recommended  - Have a computer which is able to support patrols throughout the entire GTA V Map (recommended for all departments, apart from Communications). This will be helpful for patrols which are limited to certain areas of the map instead of being "Statewide". Some sort of computer is required to join Communications.
(2) MUST be 15 years of age on the day you apply. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case
(1) The Staff and Administration of SADOJRP Community have the right to issue discipline to any member for any violations of any of the above policies. All punishments depend on the severity and occurrence. General punishments may include but are not limited to:
Coaching with Staff in Training/Staff Member/Administration
Warning (10-90)
Kick from the server (10-93 from Teamspeak or Game)
Removal of privileges (sub-divisions, reserve departments, FTO, media, offices, etc.)
Promotions hold
Case filed with Internal Affairs
Termination of membership
(2) Disciplinary action (this piece is directed towards Staff+)
Any disciplinary action issued by a member of the staff team or higher must have all conversations occur in a private lobby.
All disciplinary actions must remain between the staff of SADOJRP and the receiving party.
All members of the SADOJRP staff team or higher must ensure all media members have all capture software muted or turned off before issuing disciplinary action.

Only exception is for Interviewers on the Public Relations - Interview TeamSpeak.
Interviews conducted on the Interview Server are exempt.
